Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kellys Computers LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality computers, parts, and components. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the return process clear and fair.

 

Disclaimer: Customers must present a valid receipt or order number for all returns or exchanges.

 

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging,
parts, and accessories.

 

Computers
New computers are returnable only for manufacturer defects or hardware failure not caused by the customer. Used computers are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated at time of sale. Returns will not be accepted for accidental damage, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

 

Non-Returnable Items
- Items missing packaging or accessories
- Items showing misuse or damage
- Opened software or digital licenses
- Final sale/clearance items

 

How to Start a Return
Email kellyscomputersllc@outlook.com within 30 days. Include your order number, items to return, and a brief explanation. Approved returns may receive a prepaid label.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for incomplete or damaged returns.

 

Exchanges & Defective Items
Report defects or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund the item and cover return shipping.

 

Warranty
Warranties are sold with select products. Please inquire within for details about availability, coverage, and terms.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
