At Kelly's Computers, we offer a variety of used computer products and accessories for sale through
our online website as well as in our office store.

1. Condition & Testing
All used items are fully tested and confirmed to be in functional condition.
Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, minor dents, or signs of previous use, may be present but do not
affect performance.
Product descriptions will include details about any known cosmetic or functional limitations.

 

2. Sold "As-Is"
All used items are sold "as-is".
No warranties, express or implied, are provided on used products at this time.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item's used condition and the terms outlined in this
policy.

 

3. Returns & Refunds
Used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives significantly different
from the description or is non-functional on arrival.
Any such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required to process a claim.
